To support this demand, we are seeking a highly experienced fluent German-speaking Property Buyer’s Agent to join our established team.

The Role

This is not a traditional real estate position.

We operate a unique, client-focused model where we exclusively represent buyers. Rather than listing properties, we act in the best interests of our clients throughout the purchasing journey, collaborating with a curated network of boutique agencies across Mallorca.

You will work with qualified, high-net-worth international clients and guide them through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Your Profile

• Fluent/native German speaker (essential) with excellent English; Spanish is a strong advantage

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Mallorca real estate market

• Proven track record working with high-net-worth clients

• Strong sales performance and closing ability

• In-depth knowledge of the Mallorca property landscape

• Professional, client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Interest in the luxury sector

• Driving licence and own car required
