Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to manage the creation and execution of content including photography, videographics and copy for various social media platforms.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, target audience, and brand identity.
• Manage, curate, and schedule engaging content across the most popular social media channels.
• Creating visual content i.e. photos & videos that capture the essence of Mallorca.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns results to maximise engagement, reach and audience growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new ideas into the company’s social media strategy.

What is required:

• A proven track record in growing social media audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity in crafting compelling content.
• Fluent in writing and speaking English and Spanish, German an advantage.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and photo/video editing skills.
