Sales Assistant Vollzeit

Gallery RED is a premier series of art galleries located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. We showcase contemporary art and offer a unique luxury experience. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Gallery Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.

• Assist the sales team by preparing invoices, proformas, and other sales documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory.

• Collaborate with the team to organize and execute events or client presentations.

• Support the gallery’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the space is welcoming and professionally maintained.

• Build relationships with new and returning clients.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer engagement.

• A proactive approach to sales and achieving targets.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation.

• Previous sales experience in a luxury or art-related field.

• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.

Languages Required:

• Fluent in English, Spanish and German (any other languages are a plus)
