Gallery Assistant to Director Vollzeit

Gallery RED is a premier series of art galleries located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. We showcase contemporary art and offer a unique luxury experience. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Gallery Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory, global inventory, and logistics management.
• Oversee new projects.
• Manage the shipping, arrival, and unpacking of new works, obtain shipment quotes, and prepare shipping documentation.
• Organize pickups, deliveries, and schedule installations.
• Coordinate with the insurance company for shipments and maintain the gallery calendar.
• Assist the Operations Manager and support the sales team by creating invoices and proformas.
• Engage in sales and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and logistics.
• Understanding of platforms including Artsy and Artnet is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to assist with various tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Languages Required:

• English
• Spanish
• (German and any other languages are a plus)
