As a Senior Administrative & Sales Professional, you’ll manage operations and actively drive business growth. You’ll handle administrative tasks, optimize efficiency, and play a key role in client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative operations and ensure efficiency
• Manage schedules, contracts, and client interaction
• Support business development through outreach, networking, and sale
• Build strong client relationships and analyze market trend
• Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations

• Fluent in Spanish & English (written & spoken)
• Highly organized & able to manage multiple priorities
• Entrepreneurial mindset – adaptable, resourceful, and results-driven
• Sales-driven: strong in communication & comfortable with sales
